Complaint and Content Removal Policy

If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact us first at support@4secretfans.com before reaching out to your payment provider.

If you come across content on our platform that may be illegal or violates our standards, you can report it for review.

Filing a Complaint:

Complaints regarding illegal or policy-violating content can be submitted via email at support@4secretfans.com or through our online complaint form.

Please provide the following information:

  • A detailed description of the content and the alleged violation
  •  The URL or exact location of the content
  • Your contact details for follow-up inquiries

Review and Resolution Process

  • All submitted complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days.
  • During the review, we will assess the reported content based on our policies and applicable legal regulations.
  • Once the review is completed, the complainant will be informed of the decision.


Appeal Process

  • If a party disagrees with a decision, an appeal may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the decision notice.
  •  Appeals should be sent to support@4secretfans.com and must include relevant new information or a detailed justification.
  • If a disagreement persists, a neutral third party may be involved for final evaluation.


Possible Outcomes of a Review

Following the investigation, one of the following actions may be taken:

  1. Content Removal: If the content is deemed illegal or in violation of our policies, it will be removed promptly.
  2. Content Restriction: Content that does not clearly violate standards but may be problematic could be restricted or flagged.
  3. Complaint Dismissal: If the review finds the content to be permissible, it will remain available.
