Filing a Complaint:
Complaints regarding illegal or policy-violating content can be submitted via email at support@4secretfans.com or through our online complaint form.
Please provide the following information:
- A detailed description of the content and the alleged violation
- The URL or exact location of the content
- Your contact details for follow-up inquiries
Review and Resolution Process
- All submitted complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days.
- During the review, we will assess the reported content based on our policies and applicable legal regulations.
- Once the review is completed, the complainant will be informed of the decision.
Appeal Process
- If a party disagrees with a decision, an appeal may be submitted within 7 days of receiving the decision notice.
